This is your first step toward recovery. During the initial assessment, I will take a detailed history of your injury, lifestyle, and any relevant medical background. A series of physical tests will be performed to assess mobility, strength, posture, movement patterns, and pain levels. Based on these findings, I will create a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your goals and daily needs. This session may include soft tissue treatment or mobility work to begin your recovery journey.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT 

Follow-up sessions are where the real progress happens. These appointments focus on guided treatment and exercise progression based on your rehabilitation plan. I will reassess key markers of your recovery, modify exercises as needed, and apply hands-on therapy techniques if required (e.g., soft tissue work, joint mobilizations). These sessions are also a chance to ask questions, address new symptoms, and ensure you’re moving safely toward full recovery.

NOTE: Appointment available only for the client being already assessed.

FOLLOW - UP REHAB

INJURY REHABILITATION

Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply dealing with everyday tension, sports and remedial massage is designed to target deep muscular tension, aid recovery, and restore mobility.

This treatment focuses on identifying and addressing specific problem areas through deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and muscle release work. It helps reduce pain, improve flexibility, and enhance performance—making it ideal both for injury prevention and recovery.

Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, whether you're recovering from training, managing a chronic issue, or preparing for an event.

Sports & Remedial Massage 

A more intense treatment aimed at relieving chronic muscle tension and adhesions by applying deep, sustained pressure to the underlying muscles and connective tissues. Best suited for those with chronic muscle tightness, pain, or ongoing physical discomfort requiring intensive therapeutic work.



Deep Tissue Massage 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a highly specialized, gentle massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, enhancing lymph flow and reducing abnormal fluid accumulation in tissues.

This therapy is primarily used for managing medical conditions such as:

-Lymphedema (chronic swelling, often post-surgery or radiation)

-Post-operative and post-traumatic edema

-Fibromyalgia and certain autoimmune disorders

-Detoxification support in complex decongestive therapy

-Patients undergoing cancer treatment or post-cancer recovery, where MLD is indicated and approved by the supervising oncologist or medical team

MLD employs precise, rhythmic movements that follow lymphatic pathways to facilitate drainage without causing pain or discomfort. 

Important: This treatment is therapeutic and should not be confused with general relaxation massage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage 

Pressotherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses controlled air pressure to stimulate lymphatic drainage and improve blood circulation. It helps reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and relieve muscle fatigue.

Ideal for managing fluid retention, enhancing recovery after exercise, and supporting overall wellness.

Pressotherapy

Anti-cellulite cupping massage is a targeted therapy using specially designed silicone cups to create suction on the skin. This suction helps increase blood flow, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and break down fatty deposits beneath the skin.

The treatment promotes smoother, firmer skin by encouraging circulation and supporting the natural detoxification process. It also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite and improves skin texture.

Ideal as part of a comprehensive body contouring or wellness program, combined with exercise and healthy lifestyle choices.
