Anti Wrinkle/Muscle Relaxing Injections

Dermal fillers can improve the appearance of deep wrinkles, treat volume loss and create a more defined shape to the chin, jaw, cheeks, temples, nose and lips. Results can last 6-18 months depending on the individual and type of filler used. Please be aware that I strive to create natural results, and use a low and slow approach to treatments and can create a bespoke plan for you over a period of months, which can also be paid via direct debit over a period of 6-12 months depending on your treatment plan.

Polynucleotides are administered on the face, neck, décolletage and under the eyes to improve dark circles, puffiness, lines, crepey skin, texture issues, hyperpigmentation and fine wrinkles. They can also be used on the scalp to promote hair regrowth and on scars to reduce their appearance. 
This treatment can very drastically improve dark circles and tired looking eyes by repairing damaged cells and encouraging new generation of fibroblasts and decreasing inflammation. 3 session spaced 2-4 weeks apart are advised for optimum results.

A 30 minute, non-refundable pre treatment consultation must be booked to discuss your wants, needs, expectations and chosen treatment prior to administration. This must be booked for all prescription only appointments as this is a legal requirement from the NMC.

Skin boosters are administered in small amounts by intradermal injection using very fine needles or cannula technique and aim to boost, tighten, hydrate and lift your skin. Skin boosters are used to treat tired, aged, lax and dehydrated skin as well as for fine lines and wrinkles. Skin boosters are commonly used for skin rejuvenation on the face but can also be used on the neck, décolleté and hands.

A review appointment to assess the results and effect of your botulinum toxin administration. This must be booked two weeks after treatment at a time of your choosing at either clinic. Any further treatment of botulinum toxin will be administered only if required.

A patch test must be carried out prior to a dissolve. Sometimes, dermal filler can migrate, become lumpy or you may have changed your mind on your former look. More than one treatment may be required, depending on the amount of filler being dissolved and the area treated.

Microneedling is a safe and effective treatment to rejuvenate the skin and maintain a healthy glowing appearance. The treatment stimulates fibroblast and collagen production and has minimal downtime. This treatment is less invasive than traditional aesthetic treatments and can help to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, scarring and stretch marks.

A chemical peel is a superficial skin treatment to improve the skins appearance, texture and health. The peel works by removing the outermost layer of the skin and enables the skin cells to regenerate and create new collagen, fibroblasts, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Depending on your skin type and concern will depend on the type of peel used.  
This treatment is not suitable for those who are pregnant/breastfeeding, have open wounds/active infections to the treatment area, are sensitive to aspirin/salicylic acid, are having cancer treatment, have recently had cryotherapy or have skin sensitivities.
PRE TREATMENT - PLEASE FOLLOW THE ADVICE PROVIDED BELOW
Oral retinoids should be stopped 6 months prior to treatment (Roaccutane).
Any retinol skin products should not be used for 1 week prior to treatment.
No heat treatments or exposure 48 hours prior to treatment. 
Laser treatment should be avoided for 6 weeks prior to treatment. 
Avoid waxing/bleaching facial products before treatment.

Medik8 Post Treatment Kit 

Bimatoprost is a liquid solution used to enhance length, thickness and darkness of the lashes. This is a prescription only medication and should only be applied following consultation with your practitioner. The solution should be applied once per day using the applicators provided to encourage lashes to grow. Results can take up to 8 weeks to be seen and if treatment is stopped, lashes will no longer grow and thicken at the rate when using bimatoprost. This treatment can be picked up in clinic, or sent out to your home address.

Kenalog is given as an intramuscular injection, it is given into a large muscle such as the gluteal muscle in the buttocks. The drug will then slowly release from the muscle into the bloodstream over a period of 3-8 weeks giving a sustained effect. A mental health check up is carried out by a nurse who has had over 12 years of experience in mental health care. PHQ9 and GAD 7 questionnaires will be completed by you, which will indicate your general levels of low mood and anxiety. Further discussion will be had with yourself to ensure your holistic health is covered in detail.

I am able to attend your clinic to carry out face to face consultations and prescription services for your patients. Your patients details will also be added to my system to create continuity of care and to enable a seamless service for you and your patients. 
You must have at least 6 or more patients for me to attend to carry out prescribing clinics. All patients must be booked in by you in advance of my attendance to enable a smooth running service. All documents must be complete prior to my attendance. 
You must also be registered with Health XChange, Smile Pharma, Fox Pharma, Millenium Pharmacy or Faces to enable me to manage your prescriptions.
