More than just a foot rub...This ancient holistic therapy helps the body de-stress and rebalance by massaging and applying pressure to the feet on particular reflex points which relate to the rest of the body.  Finished using Neal's Yard Remedies Comfrey & Mallow foot balm to nurture dry, cracked heels and hard skin with a blend of almond and wheatgerm, calming comfrey and soothing mallow  The treatment is 40mins but please allow 1 hr especially for your initial consultation.

Pregnancy massage incorporates elements of Swedish massage and is designed to relieve muscular aches and pains in your joints as well as reducing anxiety, which can be common in pregnant mothers. It also helps with swelling and lymphatic drainage.

Regular pregnancy massages have also been shown to significantly reduce the amount of cortisol (the stress  ) in the body, and help you to feel more relaxed during labour. During the massage you lie on your side or back and are fully supported by cushions. 1hr. Please come 10mins before your first appointment to allow for a full consultation.

Once your laying comfortably you get to inhale some organic lavender oil. 

A body brush is then used to gently but effectively brush away the dead skin cells sitting on the skin. This also helps with blood circulation and toning the skin. 

The Neal’s Yard Organic Body Scrub (Geranium & Orange) is then rubbed into the back in circular motions to ensure the sea salt, Shea & cocoa butters, along with grounded organic rice are evenly distributed and cover the surface and refresh and smooth dull and dry skin.

Hot cloths are then used to melt and remove the excess scrub leaving the back clean, smooth and revitalised. 

The back is then massaged usinh Organic Massage Oil which intensely nourishes any dull dry skin. It is a 100% organic blend of oils, infused with uplifting essential oils. 

This is a great pamper treatment.

Hopi Ear Candling (also known Thermal Auricular Therapy) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears, it is used to offer real and calming benefits for many problems and conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat areas. A Hopi ear candle treatment is a deeply relaxing, calming and soothing experience.
The Thermal Auricular Therapy, with the fully clothed, begins with a facial massage. 
The process of Hopi candling involves a specially designed hollow candle being inserted just inside the ear canal. The hopi candle is then lit and creates  a ‘chimney’ effect. The warm smoke gives the ear drum a gentle massage and the rising air helps to regulate ear pressure. This is soothing, calming and protects the irritated areas.
The warm smoke gently softens and loosens wax in the ear, and the chimney effect encourages it to move closer to the ear opening.  This treatment is not designed to completely remove wax, but it can gently encourage the natural processes of the ear.
