*Wet removal
Most of the times is use for does lashes which you can't remove them with tweezers.
It's easy and quick way for dissolve lash glue. Only takes 15 minutes or sometimes it takes longer than 45 minutes just depending how much lash extensions you have. 
* Dry methods 
I usually use this method when is easy come around the lashes when they are not glued together and and its easy to grab natural lash and fake one to peel like banana so natural lashes stays in place and rest of it comes off.  It's 30minutes or an hours.
