Kinesiology Taping (KT) is designed to be gentle, lightweight and comfortable.   
It can help during injury and rehabilitation and once applied stays on for a few days.  The tape supports the muscle and lifts the skin enabling blood flow to be increased and lymph drainage to remove toxins, promoting recovery.  
It can be a great aid in sports injury treatment and healing.  
I've trained to be a Rock Tape specialist, and will provide the tape needed for taping.  Before each application of tape I will do an assessment to determine the best taping method for your needs.

This is a specialised treatment designed to address the unique demands put on the body during sports and physical activity.  I aim to enhance performance, promote recovery and relieve muscular tension and soreness. 

During your massage I will carefully assess your needs and tailor the massage to your specific requirements.  The techniques used are deep tissue, stretching and some trigger point therapy.   

All these methods will help increase range of movement, joint flexibility, enabling you to perform at your best.  Other benefits include increased circulation, aids delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and helps remove toxins and waste from the body.

Express Sports Massage

A therapeutic massage will gently manipulate the soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. It is a holistic approach to healthcare that has been practiced for thousands of years in various cultures around the world.

This full body massage will start with a relaxing face massage and gently work around the body encouraging the muscles to relax and for blood circulation to be stimulated giving the body a  calm sense of well-being.  The massage will finish with a relaxing back massage. 

I use a calming wax balm with a subtle relaxing smell.
