Reflexology works by gently massaging different points on your feet that correspond to the different organs and systems within your body and stimulates the nerves.

A reflexologist’s touch encourages your body to move from the sympathetic nervous system into the parasympathetic, a phase we generally enter during sleep, so encouraging a state of deep relaxation.

60 Minute Reflexology Treatment 

Sleep is something that so many people struggle with today but it isn’t always a quick and easy fix. Reflexology has been shown to support better sleep, one of the ways in which this is achieved is through the calming of the nervous system encouraging deeper levels of relaxation.

But to truly influence your sleep deeper, longer lasting changes will need to be made. To help support you with this I have created a Sleep Kit, available alongside an initial reflexology treatment. 

The treatment will include a 30 minute consultation and coaching session, a full reflexology treatment and the Sleep Kit. Included in the kit is an ebook with lots of well-being advice, a kit of essential oils, some bath salts and a motivational quote to meditate on.

This is a one off treatment that you are advised to follow up with some additional reflexology sessions to achieve the most effective results.

Targeted Reflexology for Sleep

This is a shortened treatment that might be more suited to someone who finds a full treatment too long. 

If you have quite a few health conditions and want to start a little more gently this may be more suitable. We can target which systems I treat to suit you.

30 Minute Reflexology Treatment

AromaTouch is an infusion of aromatherapy and touch. Touch is such a powerful experience. As humans we are programmed for touch. 

Through a 4 stage process combining a sequence of therapeutic essential oils from doTERRA, acupressure and massage movements we will support your body through:

* Encouraging the nervous system to move from stress to rest
* Changing your immune systems priorities
* Reducing pain and inflammation
* Encouraging your body back into a place of balance

Think computer re-boot, we turn it off and switch it back on. AromaTouch is your body’s re-boot, we change the bodies priorities from the sympathetic nervous system (think fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (think deep relaxation and sleep)

Stress and tension in the body often shows itself in our back and shoulders. Help release that tension with a relaxing massage taking in your back, neck and shoulders. 

If the lower back is the problem area we can also look at adding in the gluteal muscles.
