Bespoke Massage 

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of massage which uses deeper pressure to help alleviate tension and stiffness from the deep layers of muscle and fascia (connective tissue) and keep muscles flexible. It uses slow, deep pressure (to your preference) and incorporates the use of knuckles, forearms and elbows as well as the hands (like a Swedish massage).

This is an ideal treatment for anyone who plays sports or exercises regularly as well as those who stuffer with tight muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage 

Using heated basalt stones. The heat from the stones deeply relaxes the muscles effectively easing tension. Using Warming Oil with stimulating ginger and rosemary, and cleansing juniper and sage to bring comfort when you’re over tired or over exerted.
This treatment is said to be up to 10 times more effective than manual massage.

𝓕𝓾𝓵𝓵 𝓑𝓸𝓭𝔂 - Working on the legs, arms and back to soothe and ease tension.

𝓑𝓪𝓬𝓴 𝓜𝓪𝓼𝓼𝓪𝓰𝓮 - Focusing on the back to relieve tension that can build up, especially around the shoulders.

Hot Stone Back Massage

Massage to the upper back and arms, neck and scalp. Great for headache sufferers, stress and even promoting healthy hair growth.
This is a seated massage which is ideal for anyone who struggles to lay on the massage couch.

Indian Head Massage

Fire cupping is an ancient TCM (traditional Chinese Medicine) treatment which uses glass cups placed onto the body. A flame is put into the cup and then removed before it is placed onto the body, this creates a vacuum.

The vacuum holds the cups in place and draws a little of the skin & muscle up into the cups. This then lifts the tissues (muscle and fascia) to release tension & increases blood flow to the area.

What are the benefits?
🔥 From a TCM perspective it helps remove stagnant Chi (energy), which when blocked can cause illness or pain in the area.
🔥 The 'upside-down massage' effect lifts the muscles to release tension.
🔥 Blood and lymph flow are increased, which had many benefits including aiding the repair of muscles
🔥 Can help reduce anxiety and depression
🔥 Can be beneficial in alleviating cold, flu, respiratory problems

Treatment is 45 mins to 1 hour and includes some massage to increase relaxation and warm the muscles. 

Fire Cupping Therapy

Reiki is an energy healing treatment. Reiki (pronounced "ray" "key") means universal energy.
During the treatment you lay on the couch - you are covered throughout the treatment. The Reiki therapist then lays their hands on or just above you to channel the reiki energy, moving around the body during the treatment.
A Reiki treatment can help you relax, feel more balanced, let go of pent up emotions and generally promote a sense of wellbeing.

Each person will have a unique experience of reiki. Some people report feeling heavy and relaxed, others may feel as though they are floating. Often clients can see colours in their vision or feel a warm sensation. Even if you "feel nothing" it does not mean that the reiki has been less effective.

Holistic Treatments

A 30 minute foot reflexology treatment to help ease anxiety, worries, low mood and sleep problems. Reflexology is especially effective in children to help alleviate these issues and promote a sense of well-being.

Your child will get cosy under the blankets of the warm treatment bed. They can choose a self heating eye mask to enhance relaxation. Relaxing music will also be playing or they may wish to bring something with them to listen to.

Reflexology Worry Buster

Teen skin can suffer due to hormonal changes. The teenage years can also cause a lot of stress and anxiety. This treatment will not only teach your child how best to care for their skin but can also help them to relax and boost self confidence. 

Treatment includes a deep cleanse and exfoliation, facial massage and application of eye cream and moisturiser.
