The treatment was targeted for these personalised aims as well as a holistic massage treatment to relieve stress and pressure points that are all being affected by a sports injury. Initial Appointment Consultation (only bookable with a treatment)

As the name suggests, deep layers of muscle and the surrounding tissue are targeted with the aim of lengthening and relaxing deep tissue.

The result is an intense treatment, as blood and nutrients are carried to your muscles, helping to eliminate toxins.

Forearms, elbows and knuckles may be used to obtain the best result. There may be a little discomfort but please speak up if it is painful. 



Deep Tissue Massage

Swedish massage consists of stroking and gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping or pounding and vibration
It is designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.

Unlike deep tissue massage, Swedish massage therapy uses softer strokes on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage. This adjustment of pressure makes it an ideal massage for relaxation.

Best known for soothing tight muscles and boosting well-being, Swedish massage also offers a whole host of other health benefits  including easing muscular strain by flushing out toxins and improving blood circulation.

Pressure is always adjusted to your preference and comfort.

Swedish & Deep Tissue

Performed from the 2nd trimester and subject to consultation, this is a super way of embracing your new body.  The massage will be performed whilst you lay on your side, supported with bolster cushions.  The massage is warm and nurturing and very relaxing.  It may help to reduce swelling,  improve circulation and ease away discomforts.   Should you have any complications or a pregnancy-related condition,  please seek approval from your midwife or GP prior to booking.

I am able to treat you all the way through your journey. Diagnosis, treatment and post treatment. A treatment can help you relax, soothe pain and aid sleep. Movements are adapted to aid lymph drainage and avoid swelling. Neuropathy may also be improved.
