Nahid was absolutely brilliant when she removed my eyelashes. I was really upset and crying because of the stinging and discomfort in my eyes, but Nahid was so kind, patient and reassuring throughout. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel much more comfortable. I really appreciated how caring and professional she was. Thank you, Nahid
