*Young babies are welcome to snuggle in with you during your massage, the massage can be adapted around you and your baby.  

Postnatal Rest & Nest Massage

Get the oxytocin flowing with a 75 or 90 minute calming full-body aromatherapy pregnancy massage, acupressure at focused points and a custom aromatherapy blend. Designed to prepare your body and mind for imminent birth. 

After your treatment you will receive the remainder of your aromatherapy blend for your continued use at home, and written information on the acupressure points and massage techniques for birth partners. 

**Suitable for low risk pregnancies from 37-42 weeks gestation**
