Josie was great and made me feel at ease (I’m often a bit nervous about whether people will know what to do with my big curly hair!). She was really helpful in our consultation in helping me to work out what I really wanted. I’m really pleased with the results and the colour suits my skin tone much more than what I’ve gone for previously. Only negative was it was super cold to sit still for so long but other than that very happy with the experience.

Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore.
