With a passion to educate and inform people of other healing methods which have been tried and tested personally. Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.

Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy Massage

This treatment mainly focuses on warming the muscle tissue to release tension and break up the muscle knots all over the body. I can concentrate on one specific area or offer full body, wherever the areas of discomfort are and can focus on the buildup of stress and muscle tension round the neck, shoulders and across the back, resulting from a desk job. Massage encourages relaxation, improves circulation and is also great for relieving tension headaches.

Swedish Body Massage

A combined Reiki healing massage treatment integrates the benefits of both Reiki energy healing and massage therapy. During this session, the practitioner combines gentle touch and manipulation techniques with the channeling of Reiki energy to promote relaxation, reduce tension, and facilitate energy balance within the recipient.
