Sports Massage therapy is a type of massage that targets specific muscles that need releasing or reducing tension, that in turn can improve muscle healing time, reduce pain and can improve poor posture associated with muscle injury and/or tension. As a personal trainer I may also suggest stretches or exercises to improve flexibility and strengthen any weakened muscles.
The 50minute session includes; review of consultation form, posture assessment, range of movement assessment, treatment and aftercare advice.
