Our signature keratin repair service is designed to not only repair the hair (being great for all hair types) but it also gets rid of all frizz, straightens and smooths! It can be worn wash and wear with no frizz or if you desire a straighter result, the keratin is heat activated and all you need to do is dry it off! No brush’s or irons required! It’s great for the cairns climate and leaves the hair oh so healthy! It’s a great alternative for those who can’t have the Japanese chemical straightening due to bleech or damage or those who don’t wish to have such a permanent result as it wears off the hair as a whole. The keratin lasts around 4 months and is signature to our salon with our procedures. Please note our 3 pricing options. The above shoulder price is for average thickness. If we have to use extra product the $375 price will apply. The $420 option is for moderately extravagant hair ie extra long and extra thick, where extra product is required. Our Signature Keratin Smoothing and Repair

Our signature service! Our well known Japanese chemical straightening speaks for itself in its before & afters. Being the only salon in FNQ offering this service in the way we deliver it, is what makes it signature to Hairresistible. This service takes approx 6 hours in salon. You cannot get your hair wet, tuck or tie it/kink it; for 72 hours (or 3 days) after the service (bringing an umbrella is recommended). It is permanent & you will not need to get your regrowth done for 8-12 months, although some clients with super tight curls love to get it done every 6 months to have perfectly straight hair, all year round. Yes your hair will be straight! It won’t require any styling unless you choose too. You may still have a little body at your roots if you choose (like a blowdry). Most big curly hair clients like this, as they still want the volume. We consult on the day prior to starting & also perform a test strand. Not recommended for bleached hair. Step 1: Relax at the basin whilst we deep cleanse your hair with a professional grade solution that opens your cuticle, preps and removes any gunk Or oil: 15 minutes 

Step 2: Application of a solution that removes even the most stubborn of oils, build up, silicones, colour build up, medication build up, mineral buildup or inpurities from every day life then under Our heat machine: 40 minutes 

Step 3: Relax again at our basin with a shampoo, Moisture treatment and massage to finish this service. Quick dry off - Now you get to see the results!  35 minutes
