Hachim started his career in France as a sports therapist and has a Master degree in Osteopathy. He has also trained in acupuncture, sports massage, strength and conditioning.

Hachim has over 5 years’ experience of working in private practice, with the more recent years spent focusing on osteopathy and sports performance. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal sports injuries and pain management.

Then, you will go through a physical assessment that might require you to perform provocative movements in order to help your therapist understand the mechanism of your injuries and pains. 
The treatment will start as soon as the therapist has enough information and can work towards a diagnosis. In this treatment, the practitioner will use an array of techniques such as soft tissue, joint articulation, osteopathic manipulations, medical acupuncture and others. 


Initial Consultation + Treatment

During these appointments,  the practitioner will assess your progress from the previous sessions and will continue the treatment. It is a shorter appointment as the assessments are shorter.

A full hour to have more time to work on different areas of the body using Osteopathic, Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy and Exercise Therapy (the different techniques are chosen based on clinical needs).

After a quick consultation, you will receive a full-body massage treatment with strong pressure that builds up. Expect extra focus on tense spots, where elbows, fists, forearms and knuckles might be used to work out knots. 


Deep Tissue Massage

A one hour tailored sports massage using soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques to help: 
- Stretching muscles to prevent injury.

Western medical acupuncture is a therapeutic modality involving the insertion of fine needles; it is an adaptation of Chinese acupuncture using current knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology, and the principles of evidence based medicine. It is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal pain, including myofascial trigger point pain. It is also effective for postoperative pain and nausea. (White, 2009)
