I will not advise to fill in if you have medium/long nails as the length is too long and may break even further than normal.

TIPS FOR MAXIMIZE RETENTION: 
- DO: use cuticle oil 2x a day.
- DO NOT: pick at your nails and use your nails as TOOLS, this might cause lifting!
- DO: Please wear gloves if you work with chemicals or use oil products
- DO NOT: rip your nails off, if they are broken/ loose, this can damage your natural nails! 
- DO: if you want to remove your nails without acetone you can put soak them off in warm water and put Bath Oil in a bowl, wait for 30 minutes until 1 hour and gently remove the extensions.
