Deep tissue massage is a massage technique used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries.

Deep Tissue Massage

A custom full body massage incorporating volcanic stones, organic oil and soothing massage strokes, encourages a deep sense of relaxation for the body & mind.

Hot Stone Massage

The word lomilomi comes from the Hawaiian and Samoan languages. It means to knead rub or soothe.
A range-of-motion work, deep-tissue techniques. Using long sweeping movements with the forearms and elbows to flow over the full body.

There is an element of loving touch, every cell is blessed to create balance. The nervous system is encouraged to slow down, and thereby creating the space for techniques to be received rather than pushed though a blockage of muscle tissue.

Traditionally, lomi lomi massage is performed with the recipient lying on a hand-woven mat on the floor. However, I prefer to use a conventional massage table.

The Native Hawaiian spiritual practitioners, or kahunas, continued to use Lomi Lomi as a means of restoration and healing, in conjunction with other herbal and ritual medicinal techniques. It was performed in a dance like manner.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Balinese Massage is a form of traditional Indonesian massage that combines influences from different cultures such as China and India.

Balinese massage starts at the bottom and works up, so as you lie face down, the first port of call for a Balinese massage is your feet. Elements of foot reflexology to stimulate pressure points on your soles, and gently stretch out the lower legs.

The deep tissue work begins on your lower legs and works up to the backs of your thighs, Including gentle stretching. Moving to the back, targeting pressure points along the spine and combining kneading and stroking massage styles to boost blood circulation and gently remove knots in your shoulders.

After you turn over, the massage moves bottom to top again, beginning with the feet and moving up your legs. Balinese massage includes work on the stomach, believed to benefit digestive and reproductive health. The treatment finishes with a gentle massage of your scalp and forehead.

Balinese Massage
