Are you suffering from aches/pains that just won't go away? If yes, our initial assessment is the perfect course of treatment for you. During the appointment we will carry out a detailed assessment to get to the bottom of what is causing your pain. We will then start on some hands-on treatment and create a home exercise plan to get you back to what you love doing most!

Initial Assessment

You should only book a follow up if you have already had your initial consultation. During your initial consultation, your therapist will have discussed your recovery roadmap and you should have a general idea how long your treatment should take.

** If you are a returning client, but you are coming for a new injury/condition that is different to what you have been for in the past, you should book an initial consultation **

Injury Rehabilitation

This service is a combination of dry cupping and massage. Dry cupping promotes blood flow to the area to increase circulation. The benefits include increased range of motion, reduced muscle tension and inflammation, and promotes relaxation in the body.

Our full body MOT is perfect for post-event recovery. During our full body MOT you will receive treatment tailored to you including a wide range of techniques. Additionally, you will be given access to an at home recovery programme with stretches and advice to ease off that post-workout muscle soreness! 

Full Body MOT

A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles. Muscle tightness can limit flexibility, increase pain and cause future injuries.
