A Botulinium Toxin is injected into the desired muscle thereby blocking the nerve signals that make the muscles move.

Thread veins, commonly called spider veins, are tiny prominent veins just below the skin surface. They tend to branch and give a spidery sort of pattern, hence their common name. Spider veins can occur anywhere on the body, but most often on the legs and face.
Thread veins are a common problem, affecting around 80% of all adults at some point in their lives. Fortunately, thread veins can usually be treated with simple and routine procedures.
Thread veins on the face are best treated with  Thermocoagulation (Veinaway™).
Thread veins on the surface of the legs can effectively be treated using a procedure called microschlerotherapy. It is a minimally invasive, walk in, walk out procedure.

This procedure is used to help eliminate unsightly red veins in the legs. The  injection of a sclerosant causes the blood vessels to break down over time and to disappear over a period of weeks or months.
A sclerosant or sodium tetradecyl sulphate (STS) is the drug mostly used to treat leg veins (telangiectasias). This is an extremely safe drug for microschlerotherapy use.
A single session  of sclerotherapy involves a number of localised injections in order to collapse the spider vein in one area, as with all drugs, there is a limit to the dose that can be administered in any one session. 
Please bring a pair of shorts to your appointment to allow full examination of legs.
At your appointment, please bring Compression hose for after your treatment.

An otoscope is used to check the general health of your ears and if any wax is present,  microsuction may be used to “hoover” out the debris.
It may be noisy and you may feel some strange sensations,
there may be slight discomfort but if it is painful the
procedure will be stopped immediately. 
Ear wax is created naturally by our ears and is there to provide moisture. 
We do not recommend using cotton buds in the ear as it can push wax deeper into your ear canal where it is more difficult to come out and can potentially cause trauma.
Microsuction is the easiest and most convenient way to get your wax out!
The term Microsuction is used to describe a procedure
carried out to remove wax, dead skin and even a foreign object.

Vitamin B12 does a lot of things for your body. It helps make your DNA and your red blood cells, for example.
Since your body doesn't make vitamin B12, you have to get it from animal-based foods or from supplements. And you should do that on a regular basis. 
While B12 is stored in the liver for up to 5 years, you can eventually become deficient if your diet doesn't help maintain the levels.
Sources of Vitamin B12 include, foods that have been fortified with it, and .animal sources include dairy products, eggs, fish, meat, and poultry. 
Causes of B12 deficiency ;
Gastritis, 
Pernicious anaemia, 
Crohn's disease, celiac disease,
Alcohol misuse, 
Immune system disorders, such as Graves' disease or lupus.
Some medications that interfere with the absorption of B12, including some heartburn medicines including proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) such as esomeprazole (Nexium), and certain diabetes medicines such as metformin (Glucophage).
A vegan or vegetarian diet, lacking in Dairy foods.

Vitamin B12 Injection

Feeling sluggish or run down? It's estimated that one in five UK adults are low in Vitamin D. Vitamin D supports the immune system, reduces inflammation and can even help with long Covid symptoms.

Vitamin D can help if you;
feel depressed, tired, have muscle weakness, hair loss and even issues with their bones. Vitamin D also helps to keep our insulin levels in check so is vital in preventing health issues such as diabetes. 


Vitamin D Injection

The hay fever injection, called Kenalog contains triamcinolone acetonide, which belongs to a group of medicines called corticosteroids (steroids), and are  used for a wide variety of conditions to reduce inflammation commonly used  in the treatment of hay fever or allergic rhinitis.
A Kenalog injection does not cure hay fever. It just temporarily suppresses the immune system enough to take away the symptoms in most people who need it. 
The steroid is  injected into the buttock – known as an IntraMuscular (IM) injection – depositing a low dose directly into the muscle. They slowly leak into the bloodstream over the course of three weeks.
The effects last for a minimum of three weeks, with many people experiencing relief from symptoms that lasts the entire season. Usually one dose of the hay fever injection, equivalent to 40mg  triamcinolone acetonide, is enough. 
It's not recommended that anyone have more than two injections per hay fever season. 


Hay Fever Injection

These medications can help individuals who struggle to loose weight with diet and exercise alone. 

Orlistat blocks some of the fat that you eat, keeping it from being being absorbed by your body. Orlistat is used to aid in weight loss, or to help reduce the risk of regaining weight already lost. This medicine must be used together with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Orlistat is for use only in adults that are overweight or obese.
Sandexa injections contains the medicine liraglutide and is intended for subcutaneous injection with Novofine. 
Liraglutide helps the pancreas to regulate insulin levels when blood sugar is high. The medication may help clients with weight issues or weight-related conditions.
