I had a lovely relaxing full body massage at ELM Therapy, I would recommend it to anyone. Sam was incredibly professional and lovely, she makes you feel really comfortable and provides a relaxing atmosphere from the start. Her massage technique really maximises stress relief and works on areas you didn't even know tension was hiding! Our back and shoulders are very often the parts of the body where we tend to accumulate muscular tension.  A back, neck and shoulder massage will loosen the muscles in the back and shoulders where tension exists.  This will allow your body to unwind removing stiffness relieving aches and aiding tissue recovery and repair.

Full Body Deep Relaxation Massage (90 minutes)

Pregnancy is a special time, however, as your body changes it can bring many aches and pains.  I am offering a full body treatment to expectant mothers in need of a little TLC. 

Pregnancy Massage (60 minutes)

Massage

The perfect way to refresh your skin quickly.  Great if you are short of time or preparing for a special event.  This 30 minute treatment consists of a deep cleanse, exfoliate, tone and nourishing moisturise. 

A 45 minute treatment to rejuvenate the skin, remove impurities and leave you glowing.  This treatment consists of a deep cleanse, exfoliate, mask and head massage, tone and nourishing moisturise.

Basic Facial (45 minutes)

A 60 minute treatment aiming to restore a healthy and clear completion and rebalance your skin.  This treatment consists of a deep cleanse, exfoliate, mask and head massage, tone, face neck and shoulder massage, application of facial and eye serum, finishing with a nourishing moisturise.
