A full body relaxation massage relieves stress and tension in your muscles and will leave you oozing with a sense of wellbeing.  It achieves this because of the general benefits of massage.  It improves your circulation, so your organs and skin get more oxygen and moves fluid through your lymphatic system.  a relation massage encourages your body to digest its food and get rid of its toxins.  It will help you sleep better and also help unknot any muscles, soothe aches and pains and encourage the skin to heal minor abrasions.

Our back and shoulders are very often the parts of the body where we tend to accumulate muscular tension.  A back, neck and shoulder massage will loosen the muscles in the back and shoulders where tension exists.  This is an hours treatment which will allow your body to unwind removing stiffness relieving aches and aiding tissue recovery and repair.
