This service is only available for existing clients. 
Your maintenance is due every 6-8 weeks depending on your natural hair growth. 
This is a full rotation where all extensions are taken out, any excess hair is combed out & all extensions are refitted with fresh beads. 

Please can you make sure you attend this appointment with freshly washed & straightened hair, as if you come with greasy hair there is a high chance that the beads will slip once they are rotated. 


Maintenance for existing clients 

This service includes your full hair maintenance with your hair being curled to finish. 

Maintenance with Hair Curled 

Please choose this service if you are due a maintenance & would like to add extra packs of hair at the same time. 

 If you are having extra packs of hair added to your current amount of hair extensions. ( please make sure you put on the booking notes how many extra packs of hair you would like to order or message me via social media). 

• The price shown for this service does NOT include the price of the extra packs of hair that you require. 
I will contact you prior to your appointment to arrange payment for ordering your extra hair.

Maintenance with extra packs of hair added

This is a full maintenance for those who have 75 or less Nano Ring Hair extensions. 
Emily will discuss with you at your fitting appointment if this maintenance applies to you. 
Please ensure that you come to this appointment with freshly washed & straightened hair. 

Half a head maintenance 

Colour Match for a new set of hair extensions. 

This service is for a full head of fresh hair extensions. 

If you are having a different colour to your previous set of hair extensions then please make sure you book a separate hair consultation appointment for at least 5 days in advance. This gives me time to ensure that the hair arrives in time. 

If you need to have your current  hair extensions removed then please make sure you book a separate hair extension removal appointment.
 I highly advise to book the removal appointment about a week before your new fitting appointment so that you can put a hair mask on your natural hair and also have a haircut to get rid of any split ends. 

New Hair Extension Fitting (Full Head)

This service applies to you 
• If you have taken your hair extensions out for a colour or break etc. and would like them refitted.

Services for EXISTING  clients.

This  is a 15 minute appointment where Emily will inform you on everything you need to know about the range of Nano Ring hair extensions that we offer. 
During this appointment Emily will fill out a hair health care form to confirm that your hair is suitable for extensions. We will then colour match your hair and discuss the different methods, lengths and thicknesses that are suitable for you. We will then discuss correct aftercare, and answer any questions that you have, and finally I will then give you a quote for your hair extensions & book your fitting date. ( you can only book your fitting date at the consultation appointment). 
Please come to your consultation without any extensions, and please ensure that your natural hair is the correct colour that you would like to be at your fitting. If you change your colour after your consultation you would have return for another colour match.




NEW client  Consultation -

This service is to have a full set of new hair extensions fitted. 
A consultation MUST be booked with a minimum of 4 days prior to the fitting date. 

Please come to your fitting appointment with freshly washed, dried and straightened hair. 
Please do not use any conditioner when washing your hair ready to have the extensions fitted, as this can cause the beads to slip down your natural hair. 

All fitting appointments include the hair, fitting charge, haircut & a finished styling. 

Price will be discussed at the consultation, as this will depend on what thickness & length you will be needing. 

Hair Extension Fitting ( Must have a consultation first).

This service is only suitable for you, if you have nano ring or stick tip hair extensions 

This service is suitable for you if you have had your hair extensions fitted elsewhere but would like your maintenance or a complete Refit done at Elegance Hair Extensions. 

You MUST of had your last maintenance/ fitting appointment within 8 weeks. 
If is longer then please book a removal & refit of hair extensions appointment.
