This technique combines work with the physical body, breath and visualisation. It is a very simple and extremely effective method of working with the elements of nature to support health, well-being and support healing process. Through contact with those elements, we harmonize the energy, recharge and purify ourselves. This treatment is done with the client fully clothed and works by relieving tension from the skin, our bodies largest organ, thereby creating relaxation in the whole body and mind.

Kahi Loa - Hawaiian Energy Work

Lomi Lomi can be adapted to a side-lying technique to suit pregnancy. This healing and nurturing massage supports mum-to-be throughout pregnancy, from 12 weeks right up to due date. This massage also uses the signature wave like movements that connect us to the natural rhythm of nature and life within us, restoring balance and harmony. Draining techniques and gentle stretches are also incorporated to improve mobility, help stabilise the sacrum, and relieve swelling and aches & pains associated with pregnancy such as pelvic girdle, hip, leg and lower back pain. This blissful treatment will melt away tension and stress, leaving you feeling lighter and refreshed.

Pregnancy Lomi Lomi Massage

Hawaiian bone washing releases “memories” and corresponding physical & emotional pain or trauma. It is an ancient form of therapeutic bodywork used to aid the process of clearing “cherished” wounds. This treatment involves working, with a light touch, into the periosteum (the sheath or fascia surrounding the bones) to release memories that may be causing pain (physically, mentally or emotionally) or preventing one from moving on in life. The touch for Hawaiian bone washing is quite light, so definitely not as extreme as it sounds! However the quality of the pressure or depth depends entirely on the needs of the client. This treatment is not a massage so it doesn't require the use of oil, therefore it can also be performed fully clothed.

Indian head massage is based on an ancient system of healing called Ayurveda which uses a combination of marma point stimulation, gentle stretching and traditional Indian massage techniques. This massage can be performed in a seated or lying position and involves the treatment of the upper back, chest, neck, scalp and face using nourishing oils chosen specifically for each client depending on skin and hair type (coconut, sweet almond, jojoba, macademia, argan). Perfect for those who hold tension in their upper body such as office workers, headache / migraine / tinnitus / TMJ sufferers, or for anyone who wants to improve the condition of their hair / stimulate hair growth.

Indian Head Massage

A side-lying massage using Swedish, holistic, lymphatic drainage techniques and gentle stretches to help improve mobility, stabilise the sacrum and relieve swelling, and aches and pains associated with pregnancy such as pelvic girdle, hip, leg and lower back pain. Pregnancy Massage

Aromatherapy massage uses a blend of natural essential oils derived from plants to bring about healing on a physiological, emotional and spiritual level. Each blend of essential oils are personalised to your individual needs and treats every client in a very holistic way. Aromatherapy stimulates the immune system and provides deep relaxation. It is beneficial for all systems of the body; respiratory, digestive, lymphatic, endocrine, reproductive, neurological. Not suitable for pregnancy.

Aromatherapy Massage

Deep Tissue massage aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body by applying deep and slow pressure. We also incorporate our knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, Thai yoga or sports massage techniques by adding stretches and trigger point therapy. This is very effective in releasing spasms in the muscles.

Holistic Facial

A rejuvenating facial massage designed to lift and contour the face, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, brighten complexion, improve muscle tone, and reduce puffiness. This treatment uses a combination of Hawaiian temple style and Japanese kobido massage techniques to help melt away tension, improve the flow of energy and awaken the muscles. Jade rolling and Gua Sha rose quartz stones are also incorporated with a personalised oil blend created specifically for your skin.
