Thank you Denise for taking time to leave this review. Unfortunately, technology sometimes has a way of going wrong, which I apologise for. Double bookings has never happened in my clinic before. But still,  I was glad to have given you sound advice at your complimentary skin care consultation and glad you took up my advice on not having skin treatments just yet, till your skin is in a stronger position to have invasive treatments & purchasing products after experienced professional advice given  is your choice...regards Rosy. 

Wrong time a.m. and wrong time on this message - I was there at 11am and not 3pm and the appointment was double booked and another client waiting!  It was slightly chaotic and very short - lots of very expensive products and treatments recommended (over £900) including needling which on my sensitive skin would have been wrong.  It didn't feel very personal and very rushed,

I've had six sessions of microneedling with Rosy and the results have been amazing. Rosy has always been incredibly thorough; taking the time to understand my skin and my specific concerns. Her clinic is immaculate and you'll feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Rosy is a complete professional and I wouldn't go to anyone else now.
