Deep tissue techniques are combined with Gua Sha & cupping for myofascial release on problem areas. Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese method using a flat pebble of obsidian stone to scrape fascial adhesions, increasing mobility & flushing waste from connective tissues. Cupping Therapy further releases the fascia & draws toxins, encouraging healthy circulation. This treatment is anti inflammatory & detoxifying by secreting a large amount of waste & stagnation from the muscle tissues, fascia & blood.

Gua Sha Therapy (90 mins)

An invigorating treatment to combat stubborn cellulite, which is most effective on a regular basis. 

This treatment focuses on tightening the abdomen & thighs through vigorous massage techniques, encouraging fresh oxygenated blood to areas of cellulite & encouraging lymphatic drainage.

The routine involves dry exfoliation, invigorating massage techniques with a detoxifying essential oil blend & the use of various massage tools to target the deeper layers of adipose tissue.

Cellulite Treatment

In this time frame, we will focus on two to three areas that require most attention.

A gentle massage using light rhythmic movements to encourage the flow of stagnant lymphatic fluid. This treatment is deeply relaxing & will assist your body's natural detoxification & healing process. It aids to reawaken your immune system & encourage removal of metabolic waste & cellular debris for faster tissue regeneration.

+ Beneficial for poor immunity, lymphoedema, rheumatoid arthritis, post-surgery recovery, poor gut health, injury recovery & general inflammation. Multiple treatments are recommended depending on health concerns.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (60 mins)

A firmer massage using deeper strokes to target the inner layers of muscle tissues & fascia. Trigger point therapy is used to release chronic contractions in the fascia causing musculoskeletal pain. This treatment is useful in breaking up scar tissue from injuries & releasing waste from the fascia to increase range of motion. Cupping Therapy and Gua Sha Therapy are incorporated if needed.

Following your treatment, customised recommendations (lifestyle changes, nutrition tips, herbal medicine etc) will be provided via email to ensure maximum support to your particular health concerns. A massage therapy treatment plan may also be recommended.

A soothing mini facial cleanse before your chosen massage.

Organic cleansing milk is used to cleanse the face of impurities, followed by a geranium hydrosol misting to prepare your skin. A soothing décolleté, neck & face massage is followed by Gua Sha & Jade rollers. A hot towel will finish off the cleanse to prepare you for your chosen massage.

This mini treatment brings fresh oxygenated blood flow to the face & promotes lymph drainage which increases radiance, reduces puffiness & tightens the face muscles.

A service fit for those who are determined to reach their health goals. This service includes an initial appointment of 30 minutes, where I will take your iris photos & discuss your health concerns. A health questionnaire will be emailed for you to fill out after your appointment.

The Complete Package consists of a 20-25 page report providing an extensive analysis of each area of your body, assessing genetic weaknesses & areas of toxic build-up, delving deep into the root cause of your health symptoms through your iris fibres. This service includes a bespoke Healing Plan with nutrition tips, herbal medicine plan, supplement plan & lifestyle changes to help you reach your health goals.
