 (though this relaxer system is designed for persons either with colored treated or damaged hair, it's not guaranteed to be done. The health of your hair is important to us.)

Hello Honey... are you experiencing a mild hair condition and we are in the process of treating it? This is the relaxer service for you. 

However, if after we do a consultation, we realize that the scalp condition is bad then we would need to put you on a scalp care system, to get it resolved before we proceed with a relaxer service.
