Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and is great for relieving chronic muscle pain.
We use warmed almond oil and the pressure will generally be more intense than other massage styles. 
It is a more focused type of massage, as we work to release chronic muscle tension or knots
