i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage.  I am suffering from Sciatica.  My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some  sleep last night for the 1st time in a week.  Aze and Hugo are lovely, vwey welcoming and seem very professional & Knowledgeable.  Would reccomend giving them a try!

History: In 700 years ago the first records of the ancient Chinese therapy known as Gua Sha appeared, during the Ming Dynasty, which ruled China between 1368 and 1644. However, the technique is much older and could have been discovered even in pre-historical records.

Gua Sha is a term made up of two Chinese words, simply representing the theory behind this traditional medicine. Gua means to rub or scrape; Sha refers to illness.
