Deep Tissue

Experience focused care designed to address your specific pain or injury and support your overall wellbeing. Each session includes a consultation, assessment, targeted soft tissue work, mobilisations, stretching, and personalised advice. Cupping and taping are also available at no extra cost.

Sports Massage

Focussed on relieving tension and restoring proper function around the anterior neck, larynx, jaw, TMJ and tongue.

This targeted manual therapy aims to relieve symptoms which may be limiting or preventing optimal vocal use using techniques from sports massage, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, laryngeal manipulation and assisted stretches.

This treatment can also involve intra-oral work inside the mouth with non-latex gloves as well as external soft tissue massage.

Oncology

Oncology Massage

Kinesiology Tape can be used to support recovery of injuries or help to increase awareness of an area while it's healing. Once applied it will usually stay on for 2-3 days. Range of colours and skin tones available.

Sports / Performance Taping

This abdominal focused treatment will encourage digestion, lymphatic drainage and can be used to focus on releasing diaphragm and lower ribs. Can be helpful if you suffer from cramping, IBS, or suffer with fluid retention or bloating in the tummy.

Abdominal Massage

This foot and lower limb massage will add time to your session for specific focus on tired or sore feet, shins and/or calves. Are you a runner on your feet all lot? This could be just the thing for you!

Foot & Lower Limb Massage

This additional 15 minutes of focus on tired hands and arms could be just the thing for you if you're on a computer all day, us your hands for work or do lots of grip work at the gym.

Hand & Arm Massage

Myofascual cupping focused on areas found to be in need of release through your massage. This can aid range of movement, improve injury recovery times as well as feeling great.
