Mindfulness helps manage stress, most beneficial to people who find they are caught up with their own mind and fixating on worries/stresses that they cannot always control. 

Sam will give an overview of what mindfulness is and the different obstacles and practices you can carry out: 1-2-1 Mindfulness Session focuses on navigating your own mind, how to accept and be at peace with your own mind. We will find mindfulness techniques that work for you and focus on developing that. Ideally 8 sessions are required to help you get the best mental training for me in person, you can continue to come for sessions after this which will focus totally on the practice. You will be given private podcasts to use at home at the end of every session. 

We also have availability for 2 people to attend one session for £25 if you are more comfortable with this or have someone who’d also like to attend. It is called “2-1 Mindfulness Session”

Before your spray tan
*Please note we recommend a patch test before spray tan. 
*Approx 24-48 hours prior to tan remove body hair by shaving or waxing.
*Please wear dark loose fitting clothing 
*Please do not wear jewellery , moisturiser, perfume, deodorant or make-up before spray tan. 
*Remove contact lenses. 

Afterwards
*Leave tan to develop for the recommended time. Shower until water runs clear and gently pat dry.
*Do not perform excessive exercise, perspire  or get wet during development. 
*Avoid long baths or going swimming as this will fade tan. 
*Remember to use SPF in the sun, slray tan does NOT protect you in the sun.

NOTE- there is a small percentage of people who's skin may not react favourably to spray tan - we advise not to be sprayed for the first time when your appearance is critical ie wedding/special occasion- please schedule a practice session 30 days before your event.
