Iga was excellent, sport massage was very relaxing and helpful, she was communicating very well, by asking how I feel, if the pressure was too much/not enough, and was really good at acknowledging which areas on the body in particular needed massaging. Completely removed multiple pains I've had from upper and lower body and shoulders, released body tension and several heavily build up knots. Looking forward to come back again!

1st Class Sports Massage

I've had a good few massages from a variety of places, I weight train and have issues with shoulder mobility. 1st Class Sports is going to be my go to in the future, the level of pressure and attention to problem areas is up there with the best I've had. Previously I've travelled out of county for sports massages of this quality. I can't reccomend highly enough to anyone with an active job or athletic hobbies. 10/10 

TREATMENT: This treatment is preceded by a 10 min consultation and posture assessment to build you a tailored treatment plan.
The massage lasts 50min-1 hour and focuses on soft tissue dysfunction, injury recovery, posture alignment and a general upkeep of the body.
This treatment  is followed by a post massage assessment and aftercare advice.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2m x 2m space for the treatment couch set up (where you feel private and comfortable),
- Please wear sports shorts and a sports bra (females only) for  the physical assessment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*You might experience side effects up to 48 hrs after this treatment.  Those might include: flare ups of suppressed conditions, headache, runny nose/cough, frequent toilet visits and vivid dreams.
