Tentoma (Greek for "stretch") Massage is run by Nicole Barnard, an accredited sports massage therapist and Crossfit enthusiast. She understands the demands of functional fitness on the body as well as understanding how life in general can result in aches and pains which can be managed through sports massage therapy. Nicole offers half and full hour sessions to help you work through all those muscular aches and pains, as well as assist in preventing injury. Currently, sessions are available in the evenings during the week and Saturday mornings.
