I gladly had a relaxing time in this branch. I truly loved the interior, the service, and the knowledgeable, caring staff (melat, carla, and liza) 💞 The place was clean and fresh, their products are the best. Don’t miss the coffee corner, they have the best lattes and matcha.

Liza is an outstanding professional and the only reason I continue visiting this salon. Unfortunately, the reception staff are consistently unwelcoming and lack basic customer service skills. Being asked “Is this your first time here?” despite being a client since the salon opened — and having a SAR 200 credit clearly visible in their system — speaks volumes. Liza is an asset to the salon. The reception team is an embarrassment to it.
