Tracey understood exactly the look I was wanting to achieve. Having been blonde my whole life and wanting to try brunette I was anxious about it but felt extremely comfortable with Tracey’s knowledge and expertise. She knew exactly what I was asking for and I’m loving being brunette now. It brings out my hazel eyes and matches my skin tone so much better than blonde did. Thank you Tracey! Will definitely be returning ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
