Had a great sports massage this afternoon with Timm, I had booked fairly last minute due to a recent injury so amazing to be seen so quickly! Timm was very knowledgeable of the condition and how best to target and treat symptoms. The combination of traditional massage and more active/mobilisation massage made a big difference to my symptoms. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I sought relief fm horrible back pain fm the gym Timm took time to listen to what had happened and didn’t judge . Worked mainly on my back, hips, glutes , legs and gave me some exercises to do going forward. I’ve had treatment from Timm & Gav and highly recommend both to get you back fighting fit
