Shannon was absolutely lovely and calming. She was very good on pressure points which is what I was after. She was easy to talk to and had in all a sweet personality. On the other hand I wasn’t impressed by the noise coming from outside my room. As the venue is tiny it’s important that when clients enter the shop they are told to whisper as I could hear every word that the receptionist and client was talking about and it’s really distracting. I suggest you put up a sign or insist that the receptionist whispers only. At my arrival I expected a better looking atmosphere, it looked dull!
