I had the Japanese head spa package today which finished with a wash and blowdry. I had an initial consultation where I was able to go over any concerns and my routine which was met with great suggestions/guidance and product recommendations. I was extremely happy with the service, it was my first time having the head spa which over exceeded my expectations I was super relaxed and pampered, literally left with my head and hair feeling amazing, highly recommended! All the staff I encountered were very welcoming and really friendly, looking forward to my next visit

I had a Japanese head massage with Princess, and she was absolutely fantastic. I can’t recommend her highly enough. I’ve had many treatments before, but this experience was by far the best. My hair feels incredibly soft and full of life—such a noticeable difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!
