My treatments are based around finding fascial hooks in your system and releasing them. The hooks are formed from postures, stess, trauma and injury. I use mfr techniques along with some deep body awarness to give you tools to bring to your everyday life. I'm a qualified body worker in massage, clasical pilates and yoga with a keen interetsed in reflexology and currently studying pschotherapy
