I found the experience good, there was alot that was really enjoyable like the head massages & wash & also the arm, foot & calf massage! They were all very relaxing until the head steamer came on, i was unsure what it was tbh until it was pulled across onto my head, i think i jumped with fright, the sound was very loud & the opposite of relaxing & after it went off i was very cold & left for at least 5 mins alone! The treatment started 15 mins late but i was given extra time which was good! Overall a good experience but too expensive in my opinion! 😊
