I recently had a myofascial release session focused on my neck, shoulders, and upper arm, and it was a great experience. I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. I’ve been seeing Gyonne for cupping for years, so she knows my body pretty well. During the session, she could actually feel my muscles and fascia releasing.
