The treatment room was very tranquil and immediately made you feel relaxed. Gem was very thorough during the consultation with me and gave me time to ask questions. During my treatment I was frequently asked if the pressure of massage was ok and that I wasn't feeling any pain which was really appreciated. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. After the treatment had finished Gem was able to give me lots of advice on exercises to do each day which would improve the areas she had targetted.
