Ellie was amazing, she made sure she understood what I was looking for and provided her professional advice to make it work with my type of hair. Getting my haircut with her was super relaxing, she checked in with me and chatted but also let me just sit there and relax. I could see she was very focused and precise, from start to final styling. I'd like to thank the owner Stevan for offering me to come back after not being 100% happy with my haircut. All staff was very nice and kind: hiccups happen, what's important is how you recover and I must say they did it without fault. Thank you!

Originally, I entered the salon wanting a blond balayage, but as my hair is quite dark, Rachel redirected me to a nicer light brown color that would not fry my hair. The color looks amazing, and I'm very happy. Ellie ended up doing my cut and style, and was lovely in recommending a style that would look great without cutting the color off, as I had wanted to thin out my heavy hair. Overall, 5/5 service, and I will be back if I can to lighten my hair further. :)
