Strangers that become friends. Celeste is the best, besides always looking great when I walk out, the conversation is great, the vibe is great and you just feel at home. Her color lasts and when you are trying to grow hair like me and ask someone just to cut the ends... she literally just cut the ends. I would give a 10 out of 5 if I could. Why are you still waiting?
