Reflexology with Carmen is second to none. Don’t hesitate - just book it. The whole experience is totally person centred to your mood and health concerns of the day.

Natural Body Cafe is a tranquil oasis on the High Street! The second you walk in the sound and smells make you relax and I'm so impressed with the range of treatments that are offered. Carmen is fantastic. She really knows what she is talking about out and provides an incredibly relaxing treatment every time! I love how she really takes her time to get to know you and your needs and if doing so takes 10 minutes, then she just adds time on at the end of the treatment so you don't miss out on a single second! Not many places nowadays quote for a 90 min treatment where you actually get 90 mins!
