This treatment works best as a structured course of at least six sessions, ideally scheduled weekly for optimal results.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage 

This treatment is fully tailored to your individual needs. It can be performed as a full body sculpting massage or focused on specific areas you would like to target, such as the belly, thighs, hips, or other problem areas.

Using specialised wooden tools and sculpting techniques inspired by lymphatic drainage, the treatment can be customised to concentrate on two or three areas for deeper work.
