Cupping therapy is one of the oldest and most effective methods of releasing the toxins from body tissue and organs. It is a practice in which the therapist puts special cups on the skin to create suction, this causes the tissue beneath the cup to be decompressed, drawn up and swell causing increase in blood flow to affected area. Enhanced blood flow under the cups draws impurities and toxins away from the nearby tissues and organs towards the surface for elimination. Benefits include pain relief, muscle relaxation, improved muscle recovery and performance, faster injury healing, encourages lymphatic movement and supports the immune system.

Cupping Therapy

Using a blend of Sports & Holistic massage techniques, I will  fully address and help you manage your areas of concern. I treat the body and mind as a whole: looking at the musculoskeletal system and body mechanics, also considering how the mind & body respond to stress. 

Great for speeding up recovery after injury or exercise, increasing flexibility, reducing and managing pain. Also great for reducing stress, relieving symptoms of anxiety and depression. A whole-being approach to feeling good in your body.

Holistic Sports Massage

A deeply relaxing, warming & restoring treatment. Using meditation and breath work techniques, i will drop you into a blissful state of relaxation. Using light pressure with rhythmic, long and gentle strokes, i will intuitively massage the body top to toe: allowing stress and tension to melt away from the body, calming frazzled nerves and winding down an active mind.

Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years.

It is a deeply relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

A two hour session dedicated to you! 60 minutes of 1-1 Yoga, addressing your specific needs. Working on mobility, flexibility, body mechanics, stress relief, meditation, breathwork etc. Followed by a 60 minute massage to tame any leftover tension, or fine tune those areas of concern!
