A test patch is when a few extensions applied to the eye(s) to determine if a reaction will occur or if you are sensitive to anything throughout the process. Do not worry, the lashes are the same length, if not shorter than your natural lashes and will not be noticeable while going through the waiting period. Typically this appointment would be booked 24 hours prior to a fullest appointment to determine if they are safe for you!
