Using various methods, we will work together to lower stress, help reduce trauma responses and focus on your over all wellbeing. Treatments would include a mixture of Massage Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, reflexology, Meditation, Talking Therapy, Sound Healing, & Breathing Techniques.
