Hatha Yoga Class 

Aerial yoga class use a silk hammock and do the same poses on a yoga mat, Hammock has a strong rope attached from the ceiling for safety, and as a prop it support through the various flows. The benefits of aerial yoga is to help mprove flexibility, build strength, while allowing to do more poses which is challenging in the absence of added pressure on  shoulders, spine, or head.
