Hi Faith. Given your hair extensions were admittedly 2 months over due for their refit, Liv and the rest our team worked really hard to accommodate to the condition of your hair. Your hair was extremely matted. For this reason, we extended your booking in the diary and postponed another client to help you.

The price was quoted before hand and in all respect, if you were charged for the 7 hours of time instead of the services provided, it would have been far more costly.

We feel we did the best we possibly could for you and are saddened to hear, after our efforts, you feel this way.
