Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines deep tissue massage with assisted stretching, mobilisations, tractions and breathwork. This powerful combination helps the client to fully relax, and allows for a transformative, remedial experience. A consultation is included to make sure the client gets the massage that they need most in that moment and to target areas which need work the most.
